An amber 'Conflict' badge appears when two activities in the same room overlap in time on the same day. This is an advisory warning, not a block:You can still save the programme as-is.Only editors see this badge - it is not visible on the public event page.The total number of conflicts detected is summarised at the top of the affected day.What the warning does not flag:Activities in different rooms at the same time do not trigger a warning - this is normal behaviour for parallel tracks.Back-to-back activities (one ends at 10:00, the next starts at 10:00) are not considered conflicting.If the overlap is intentional (for example, two sub-sessions running simultaneously), ignore the warning and save. If it is not intended, adjust the start or end time of one of the activities.
